Your anger is misplaced be mad at the company that lied to you, not the driver speaking the truth

Buddy, I hope you succeed at Schneider. But keep this in mind....so long as someone else holds that title, you are NOT free to do as you please. You're gonna find out once you start there all the little things. Once you do and realize that JCT pays for just about everything except the fuel and maintenance, I guarantee your silver lining will become dark.

Come back AFTER you've actually drove for them and compare companies, not b4.....unless your have a crystal ball

Agreed Steel, and I shall be back to let you all know because after all I'm sure I'm not the only one trying to progress at JCT and feeling stuck. And I'll be just as critical of Schneider as I have been of JCT because I believe people deserve the truth and look at these threads in search of answers.

So it's at this point I'm down arguing with this guy.

It's obvious he did something to piss JCT off, and was probably canned for it (or threatened to be).

As Steel said, once you have actually driven for SNI, then you'll have some legitimate grounds to compare. Until then, you're just a former (or soon-to-be-former) JCT driver with an axe to grind.

Axe to grind? REALLY? That's petty and unproductive. People come here looking for information, I did and others do, I just want the truth out here.

1700 miles in 2.5 days buddy, THAT'S HOW I RUN. And JCT has no problem, it's I that has a problem with JCT. So do go spreading that lie.

If you can't cut it at jct, then you won't make it at sni....besides, it sure sounds like you want to run outlaw...the folks I've talked to on here appear just fine with them and are doing well...seems like you appear to be a know it all...your saying that you can't make enough money...sounds like you have a spending problem and changing to sni won't change that either.

Why so abrasive Damon? you've moved far beyond informative to annoying. You have given yourself 0 credibility by downtalking a program that others have had success with, and trying to sell a program you have no experience with.

    Treputt Thanks this.

Your personal attacks won't change me or JCT, success is a matter of individual expectations, People at Swift think 300 a week is great, so keep that in mind, as for credibility WHO do you see disputing what I've said.
It's about progress for me, and I'm not progressing how I want to.
I can't grow my company or start a fleet on 1150 a week. I'm not trying to be my only employee. I have a goal I'm trying to achieve and JCT won't get me there.
Doesn't mean it's a bad company just means at the present time it doesn't fit my needs.
Never said the program doesn't work, it's obvious it does work for some, but if you look at what I'm trying to do I'm sure the drivers will agree, what I'm trying to do with building a fleet is nearly if not impossible to do with what you make here.
But if you are just trying to have a sole owner business and that's it's JCT will work just fine for you.
Just thought I'd clear that up in case my earlier rant clouded or distorted my intentions.

People have success at Swift, success is a matter of individual perspective and expectations.
Simply put I want more control over my revenue and JCT doesn't currently offer that opportunity.
And just because you don't like what I said, doesn't mean I'm down talking anything, nor am I selling anything, drawing a comparison is just that and nothing more, nothing I've said is in dispute, the facts speak for themselves.
