So I was going through my contract, you know it actually says that JCT is suppose to give us quarterly a report on our IFTA, and if there is a credit, to return it to us?

Also says in the same paragraph that we are the ones that are responsible to pay the overages.....

Also states that they keep and do not share all rebates and discounts.

I thought about posting the paragraphs as a screen shot, then realized its a contract, and I'm not sure if that would be frowned upon....

I can say the IFTA thing is in the ICOA Section 8(d). Fuel Tax and Road Tax Reporting
And the rebate/discount non sharing is Attachment B under Fuel purchases.

I bought a 19" Element from Walmart. It was a floor model and cheep. Fitting the bracket shouldn't be a problem for any tv, I drew a template before going in and all the tv's fit it. But getting the right screws for the back of your tv is a pain. The Walmart I went to had a strew box with random screws in it, it was a big help.
All tv companies use different sizes so find the right one, buy four and your set.

It's been a good tv bracket. Haven't needed to mess with it at all. There's one position I've learned not to leave the tv in because it'll shimmy going down the road... Will drive you mad. lol

Thank you much. Finding a mountable one was my biggest worry because my 23 inch acer monitor doesn't have any screw holes for mounting and thus I thought that I had to find a certain mountable brand.

Ive been going thru the contract as well and i cant find anything on how we have to use the EFS card they give us. I know i have heard drivers tell me that they were told they could not use other Cards but I dont remember that from my orentation and I was also thinking about getting my own Card so i could get some better discounts. Anyone using other cards for fuel? I also noticed that it says we can go to another company in the truck but it seems to be a lot of steps wondering if anyone has ever done that?

Actually by law you are allowed to use another fuel card if you so wish and the reason that is... If JCT ordered you to you only use there fuel card and nothing else then that would be the same as calling you a company driver and employee and since you're not they can't legally do that

Yeah Ive asked here a few times and no one in this group seems to use an external fuel card. I'll call the fuel desk Monday and ask about using an external card and what they require. According to the contract you have to send in receipts and such so they they can calculate your IFTA, and if you don't, they calculate it at 4.5 MPG...and I'm assuming if they did that they would charge you for it.

The more I think about it, since the contract actually says that WE have to pay our own IFTA (I know, it could just be an old mis-print) I wonder if they only cover IFTA if we use THEIR EFS card instead of our own, and if we use our own, we are on the hook for it. Its all just guessing at this point, but I'm going to find out just because I like to have options. And even if the discount I would get from say Flying J may be the same that JCT would give me, I would rather the discount be fully given to me than have it skimmed. Its the principle of the thing.

If your going to get your own fuel card look into the NASTC card. They offer real good discounts
