Got a load at us cold storage in Laredo on Friday. Ran out of hours waiting for them to finish so parked in the street.

2am started my book and went to weigh it, 2000 over on the tractor. They didn't open till 9am. Took them till 3pm to rework it. Went to weigh, now out of hours again. 600 over on the trailer. (Going to CA)

Sunday they open at 10am and finally scaled at 3pm. I really hated everything about it. But got detention pay and I never forgot how cold the rest of the country was and is. lol

Finished getting my apu serviced. It stopped working up in chicago during a night when it got down to 5 degrees. I'll be heading back out off of hometime tomorrow. Hopefully there won't be any winter storms blowing out there to greet me.

Well, apparently, there is a glitch in payroll this week. Something glitched with direct deposit affecting pretty much everyone and the deposits are not going through like they should. Payroll is currently working the issue. I was one of about 100 drivers to call already.

I called about an hour ago. I was told tomorrow morning at the lastest. So, we'll see.
