I would have told that driver to turn in his truck if he didn't want to go to "snow" county. We run the lower 48. Go home and find a regional gig and quit your #### B1tching.

What the HELL is seniority? Doesn't exist with contract drivers. Now, they will show more cooperation to a driver that has proven themselves and isn't a passion in the ###.

As far as taking a load from a driver already dispatched to give to someone else....Never gonna happen.

I disagree I have the longest seniority in my company. I am the best employee too. I have gotten employee of the month every month for 2 and a half years.

I agree with you macho. The way I look at it is this... If they can drive up north all summer long they can drive up north in the winter time as well... I'm also sick and tired of these drivers they complain about want to go where snow is...

Does anybody use smart truck app? I have rand McNally but it gives me routes that 80 miles more than what's paid in every setting.. I.e. Shortest, fastest ect.
