He said every swap he gets it. I was like really that's odd. O well not my business. Of course I would be happy if I got it every swap I did lol.

Well, if that's the case, maybe we should start asking for a $100 to swap whenever asked to. You (@crxdc) can be like, well, the driver for truck number XXXX says he gets a $100 to swap, so, I want the same thing. That would be fair. If one truck gets paid to swap, then all trucks should be paid to swap when asked to.

    crxdc Thanks this.

Teams get 50$ when they successfully deliver a repower on time. Never heard of them getting 100$ though. At least that's what we were getting when I was teaming. Just saved a load to Safeway in Tempe, wonder if I will get my 50$ as a solo driver. If I don't, I will be asking why.

However, there were times when I was teaming they would be so desperate for us to repower a load that I could squeeze some extra money out of them. Teams can demand a lot here and almost always get there way.

Don't you know by now not to believe a single word a truck driver says.

Gotta love it when you give an eta to consignee on a load with no appt time and they make the appt for 4 hours earlier.

So, I sent a message saying go ahead and find a swap along with a swap location

Well I'm 700 miles out and deliver on Sunday at 11 am in San Bernardino, and no pre plan. I told them I'm not sitting in Cali on the 4th. Smh

Lol. Gotta love the awesome inter-office communication. Called in my produce temps; here's how it went:

Dispatch: I see you was set on 35 continuous. Is that correct?

    Me: Yes.

Then gave temps for box and vent door.

Dispatch: Are you good for OTD?

    Me: Nope.

Dispatch: Have you spoken to anyone about this?

Me: Yep. Made my DM and Planners aware of this yesterday morning.

Dispatch: Oh, well, have a good day. *click.
