Union companies going out of business left and right. YRC is hanging on by a thread. YRC lost nearly all their pension contributions along with their 15% paycut!

ABF drivers just got a 7% paycut, and lost a weeks vacation.

CMoore They run everywhere, They run when others are sitting, I have not worked there but if I decide to go to reefer then I would certainly check them out.

This is a very true statement!!

For the Love of Trucking... Please stop the bickering!, If you don't like what someone is oing then you know what to do right? DON'T Do IT! Easy as that, Oh sure there are post and threads in here where newbs are asking for advice, but never have I seen in this thread the OP asking for advice, He is doing what HE wants to do, He isn't pushing someone to a cliff and telling them he is going to push them off if they don't go with JCT and their Lease to OWN!!!

No I was a little tired of any negative when I got to your post, I'm sorry i didn't read it right, No harm no Foul! Thanks for clearing me up on it, I will pay more attention next time. Thanks Again.

i am also interested in the numbers, I like to see a driving getting more then a check out of what he is doing, By the way, Mr. Christner is not starving either.

My thoughts exactly! With a conservative president Unions will be gone from yesteryear! there is so many labor rules laws and so forth in place there is no need for Unions other then to make a man lazy. I know some of you are going to take offense to this but please do not do it here, Lets keep this thread for the OP to add to his experiences. Thanks.

Lol I see you never been a teamster!! By the way this is no place for negative remarks!!! Lol lazy?? Wow!!!! You can thank the unions for what we call "weekends" and time and half after 40!! If not for the unions u wouldn't have a day off!!think about this every time your getting loaded or unloaded or whatever your doing while on the clock wouldn't you like to be paid for your time??? For one week add up your time everyone u stop while your still on your clock.. You will see your giving your company 100's a week not me I'm putting in my pockets

OD is doing pretty darn good. I don't see Saia or FedEx hurting.
