I'll be wishing you guys evil headwinds while I'm playing in the slop and cold of Ohio and PA.

 

I already bought 50 some trucks over the years still have 25 so I do not need to follow his suggestion maybe I shoud sell him a few

 

Hey Hey. I bought a little truck at walmart and was trying to sell it to him for $40,000 so I could make a down payment on a new truck. I followed his advice right? He should be a mega carrier that can afford it if it works so well.

 

ROFL...well I was parked a few spots down from truck 2420 at the Loves x84 on 81. He had the curtain pulled.

 

I've said this many times before: this is one of the few threads that aren't filled with haters hating everything different from themselves. This guy is one of many lease-hating drivers (I assume he's a driver) and it definitely is nice to see others kinda jump up and on him. He has no audience for his drivel here. I hope he finds a place where lease-haters are welcome. He needs to feel some love.

 

Nah He don't need no LOVE He just needs to go away! I think we made it pretty clear that we are not going to take his verbiage as the gospel he thinks it is, Just because he got into a lease and was home on the weekends and it didn't work out that doesn't mean it won't work out for others, who get out there and run!

 

Hi all....just a quick update on my 1st full week. 2 loads, AR to So CA, then So Ca to WA. Just a tick under 3k miles, WITH a bonus 34hr reset at my house. Even with the roughly 120ish out of route miles getting home, I was at 7.5mpg before my QC reset today. Not too shabby, although the 10k lb load north out of Colton probably skewered the number in my favor (not complaining!). I'll be looking to buy a scangauge at some point to help out even more.

As a side note...got to meet Terry at the I-90 TA near Seattle when I went there for a trailer washout. I told him I felt like I was meeting a rock star (now to think of it, should have grabbed his autograph...lol). Anyway, nice to meet the man in person.

So now sitting here in Bellingham, WA. Got a load out of here tonight heading for Maryland. Right at 3k miles with DH added to it. No too bad IMO. Plus I may get to stop in and visit my kids who live right near there.

LoL You know how they get them cause you was getting those not to long ago. LoL
