On the site and from the pics Sharpp took they are 2012-2013 models. I am interested in them too but I need to go with the one with the best fuel economy. LOL I don't care what it is as long as I am above 7.2mpgs :biggrin_255:
That is why I am shooting for the Evolutions.

Yeah same here. I've driven freightliners before and do like them. The site just shows newer kw's and that means fewer miles on them.

there were only a handful of Maxxforce equipped prostars purchased by the company. As for the exam in question, they are on the material presented in class regarding industry standard information like safety and logs and such. Combined with road and backing tests.

On time to visit Wally this morning. Rule #1 with this company, NEVER be late to visit Wally. You want to be at the asylum gate exactly one hour ahead of your appointment.

The new Michelins feel great! I got on the 'pike and was up to speed before I even remembered that I had them. I guess I was missing the vibration. This will make the turnaround trip to California much more pleasant!

Luvtotruck, I don't know what you're up to assuming that last post was at about 3 am, but I hope you can pass the pee test if your number comes up today! If you were talking about traffic's Coronado, yeah, it IS a nice rig. JCT sends it and him to the truck shows when he's not slogging around out here with the unwashed masses. Sober up and get back to your usual useful and informative posts! J/K, great to have you contributing here.

For you drivers heading to orientation on the 15th, congratulations! You have the best orientation class of the year. It's Driver Appreciation Week and JCT goes all out. There's free BBQ every day as well as swag and prizes from sponsors such as Freightliner and ATBS. I thought about trying to finagle a way to be around that week but it's luck of the draw. I probably won't see Sapulpa for another 6 months. Tough luck for Soule_Man who starts orientation next week and will have to subsist on cold cuts and string cheese. At least you'll have seniority, lol. Orientation lunches are actually pretty good.

There were maybe half a dozen new Evolutions on the yard getting prepped for new drivers. Those trucks look so sweet! Terry, you have to chime in here with Ryan's latest MPGs. I'm upside down in my maintenance account for the first time ever, but a couple of months of good miles should dig me out. Maybe get me a new truck for Christmas, Jack?
