We saw a very nice fridge at the petro in Joplin it goes under the bunk so it won't take up and usable space. I think that's what we will go with because we need storage for two people. I cook with the crockpot and we will get a lunchbox oven as well.

That sounds like a good idea! Not sure how your truck will be set up, but mine has the tri-pac-e unit under my bunk so don't have much storage room there. Just a fyi

Sense my last update managed to hammer down across Texas, New Mexico, Arizona and on up to Northern Cali where I made delivery this morning right on time! Couple days ago picked a load out of Sacramento to be picked up today and now under her headed to Wilsonville Oregon. This load delivers tomorrow morning and that will end my week. Ended up being only 2 loads this week but pretty good revenue just the same!

Ok now that I got those loads just about finished went ahead and picked another to start next weeks tour! Not in a very good area here for high paying loads but managed to find a fairly decent furniture load with 3 drops going to Grand Folk North Dakota. Actually pays really well but it is a driver assist unload! I know I know call me nuts:biggrin_25520: I have done this load before when on company side and know what I'm getting into. It really isn't that bad. Plus it gets me out of an not so good revenue area fairly nicely! This is the only place that I have seen working for Schneider that has driver assist unload. Will pick this load up in Washington on Tuesday! Wish me well!

    Truck on!

I am wiped out! Finished my 3 drop driver assist unloads today. Had some problems with next load pick up. Load got cancelled!:biggrin_25521: Schneider then tried to get a recovery load for me to help me get out of this area (there is nothing up here in grand forks ND for hundreds of miles) but that ended up falling through.. I will update tomorrow the rest. Got to get some sleep!

    Truck on!

I spoke with my old rep at SFI and was told there is a real good chance they can get me back in a truck in next couple of weeks. Said she was going to get with accounting on the truck I turned back in and then wanted me to fill out a new credit app. Said that she thought if there was any balance on my old truck they could work with me on that and still put me in a new one. I told her I didn't think there would be much left over since I had to put a brand new front end and new engine in it after I leased it. So should have been close to what I owed she thought so too. So now just the waiting game till she gets back with me this week. Told her only way I wanted to do it is if I could get back on the "choice board" to run that way. :)

Being that you live right on RT 81 in Carlisle, do you get to go to the house anytime during the week or do you just stay out?

I could if wanted to. But I prefer to stay out to average more income. Been watching the loads in my area tho and will being working on a plan to get home every other day if I can while we do some relocating. It appears to be doable!
