Running With Schneider!

Just the training pay while in training. Been awhile sense I went through the training but could of sworn I got $300 a week training and orientation pay plus 7 or 8 meals.

 

I have the Verizon jetpak min data is about $50.00 bucks a month. I have the 14g plan (I use internet for movies sometimes) I also change may plan so I only pay what i use mostly. 14g is $120.00 month, never once have I been without a connection. Some locations are very very slow but usually can still use the load board.

 

When you first start on your own after training you can bring home about $600.00 a week.

Well I feel better and lighter! Dropped the wife off , wait that doesn't sound right! let-me-xplain. I feel better, because, finally made it to Cali visited family and got to visit with my sister. She is still very ill but was happy to see me. Feel lighter because..., now,.. don't get me wrong, my wife is not heavy at all, but dang all those cloths she had in here are finally out!

She likes to come out with me once in awhile and we both agree that 2 or 3 weeks with me on the road is about all we can handle together in a truck . : ) it's all good!

So anyway got a 34 hour restart in and managed to haul some short loads in between visiting with family. Grabbed a nice load out of Los Angeles to Vegas and now going back down to the fontana CA area to pick up and head on over to San Antonio Texas. This is a good paying load, but because the last load took over 4 hours to long to unload me, this run to Antonio is going to be tight! Have to be there by 7am Monday.. eeeeekk!

Now the next few weeks I will be in full on run mode! Want to take full advantage of the summer time and hopefully bring home some more of those big pay checks!

 

I am on choice program so that does not apply in my case, but what I think it is if you go with the millage program (dispatched by SNI) then you can earn an additional .15 cents per mile for running the truck like SNI recommends. Such as your speed, idle, delivery on time etc.. Don't quote me on that but think that is what they mean. Maybe someone else on here working the millage program can confirm this?
