I see, yeah I assumed those Volvos were new. Afterward realized their not. But i did ask about the T680's and that is what my former DBL told me. Sexy rig! But he also said he had 3 of them breakdown on him. If the century running good then it is probably more dependable anyway. I had an Century for awhile it rattled a lot but it ran strong.

Last week at my unload in Flower Mound TX, which took awhile! Glad I was parked at the customer. Funny thing is this little trick never seems to fail when you been waiting to long to get unloaded. It's not really a trick it is what you are suppose to do. If you been waiting more than 2 hours to get loaded or unloaded you can call Schneider and they will have Customer Service call the shipper/receiver to see if they can move them along. Anyway I been waiting about 2 hrs and 20 mins after my appointment time (10 am). Giving the receiver benefit of the doubt I go inside usually and ask how they are doing. "Is my trailer going to be unloaded in the near future"? The guy in charge there said we will have you unloaded by 4 pm.. Uhmm I say what? 4 pm my appointment was 10 am. He looked at me and point to a note on their window which stated something about getting trucks unloaded within 6 hours of there appointment time and that they don't pay any detention. I said ok, Thinking to myself why in the world do they schedule appointments?? By the way there were 6 other trucks there with the same appointment time as me and when we all showed up at 10 they had a note on their window stating gone to lunch will be back at 10:45. NO FIGURE!
Anyway I go back to the truck and call my ICA. No more than 2 mins after I hang up with SNI they start unloading me. Works almost every time! Was done in 20mins after that and on my way to the next load.

.. Got my first three loads booked right out of class made a pretty good check and then booked three more for even better pay day last three will get me back to texas for a 34 and then I'll be back on the road again.. just wish they would confirm loads faster that was a problem before you sit there watching the loads going hurry up I've got a good plan if you'd just confirm the darn thing LOL.. well hope all is well Keep trucking away
