Thanks for the thread. I am very interested in the 0/0. Can the pay double for a team 0/0. I have a long way to go. Still have to go to TDI school in Milton, FL. May be able to do regional for SNI around here long enough to get the time then go 0/0. Team has been mentioned but not team 0/0. Please shed some light and I will be grateful.

I'm kick-n-it here in Southern CA..being a lazy IC today. Lol.. I will get back on here and update soon! Been busy reading and doing other online market studies I like to do in my spare time. But will come back and continue to bring updates. Had a good end of the year running loads over the holidays and now taking a breather at home with a few days off and running a few short loads close to home for a week or so to get some things done around the house.
Hope you all had a good holiday!
Happy New Year!rickybobby and sadwar Thank this. -
Hello Atruckr
Been reading through your posts, have to say im impressed with your attitude, professionalism and insight, due to the amount of posts in your thread i did not read all of them, i do have a question, do you know what kind of warranty's are available from SFI on new and used trucks? i was an O/O leased on to another company and did well until my truck started costing me more money in repairs than i was making, and hence went out of business, so as a former SNI driver i am looking at all the options, also is your truck restricted to 60mph? what is the communications expense at $700 ish? looks high !!! i will speak to a recruiter on Monday, anyway stay safe, thanks in advance. New trucks warranty is standard 100,000 to 150,000 mile and 300,000 mile on drive tran, I think. Not sure about used trucks. Found out afterward you can ask for an extended warranty package. Don't know cost but worth checking out.
I know a lot of drivers don't care for Freightliner but glad I picked it (2013 Cascadia) Finding out it is saving a lot of money getting parts at Schneider rather than Freightliner or other. Such things like new wiring pigtail to trailer for my rig at Freightliner cost $136.00. Got at SNI OC only $7.00 believe or not they get things a lot cheaper and pass it on to you even with their markup it is much less. Just saying it helps for the little things. Major stuff has be done at a dealer but definitely cost saver to me having the same truck as the company does. They are starting to purchase Kenworth's to. Not sure how well they stock parts for them but I would go with one of the 2 "new" -
Thanks for the quick reply, my issues on my truck were turbo $3000, was loosing coolant after spending $2000 on water pump and other bits, it still had the problem, alternator $600, twice a year ac would die $$$ , and other stuff, but my truck was a 2005 century with 700k on it, anyway ill make the call monday and see what they say, ? is your truck restricted to 60mph? what is the communications expense at $700 ish?
Thanks Rich -
