moose has obviously been drinking again and doesn't realize he's on an IC's board and not the 'chat room'.
Nevertheless, moose, calling anyone a 'bottom feeder' is kinda harsh. You need to lighten up, dude.

I got through and spoke to someone. They're saying computers are screwed up! Whatever, just wanted be sure that I communicated the issue before it's to late and can't pick up the load. CYA if ya know what i mean. I had a delay at shipper few weeks ago. called to let SNI know and sat on hold to long. So then I sent in messages letting them know I was going to be late for my next pick up and then later talk to someone on support shift and she checked with CS and said everything is ok and they were going leave me on the load. Next morning they removed the load and I got a call from my ICA saying I didn't communicate enough...:smt102 I'm like what the hell are you talking about? I Sent messages, called on the phone etc.. Well she said you should have called me first thing in morning or let us know earlier ... I'm like wow really!! I said "Honestly I think the whole thing was miscommunication on your end not mine" She kinda agreed and said it was a critical load but they got it covered and sorry they had take it off me. Needless to say I will for now on make sure to send in a few extra messages and call in the morning when possible. They really need to do something about their support shift..

Heck Schneider is desperate for ic they'll letting drivers on choice with less then one year experience. Use to be minimum year half. Not cool especially for drivers you just left there parents to b on there own. I've heard other names for new drivers that are worse then bottom feeders.

man, it's not just the support shift.....the communications problems with this whole company just seem to get worse and worse.
Every week it seems like I have an issue that could have been handled relatively quickly and painlessly that turn into full blown science projects by the time everything is said and done. IMO, one of the biggest problems seems to be that no one wants to try to get in front of a problem, they just want to handle it when it becomes full blown. And everybody wants to blame someone else.....it's really frustrating sometimes.

At first I thought this a little harsh as well, but then I remembered, its coming from moosc.

I'll just keep on doing what I do, and being successful at it, and let people with their preconceived notions about myself and the way I do things, continue to bathe in their own pool of ignorance.

Nothing shows the true measure of a man like their feeling it necessary to knock others down a bar or two to inflate their own ego and stir the pot.

I know this is obviously the kind of reaction wanted by such types, so I apologize for "feeding the troll".

Anyway, sorry for your troubles finding an mt atruckr, hopefully they get it sorted out so you can at least run through the weekend without the fun of having to deal with support shift and limited staffing too much.
