You can only do what the hours say you can do. Dispatch has the same view of your logs as you do, They’ll figure it out.

The plus side is getting to hangout in comfortable 65 degree weather. Oh yeah! Usually we are up on the I 80.

Vacation is over time to get back to work. Had the greatest time just getting some things done and relaxing at home.
They had me dh to Vegas to pickup this load up. That was kinda cool. No LA BS, just jumped on I 15 north out of house and boogie. After pickup you have to run 200 miles non stop. Crazy but easy stuff. This load is going to Grantsville UT.

Let me guess....high dollar electronics from Japan or China....want you to drive 200 miles so your not followed..
-
I have heard of those kind of loads but this one was pharmaceutical products, Medicines etc. They were very thorough checking you in by checking licences taking information asking a lot of questions, like fuel tanks full? Do you have hours to drive 200 miles etc.. but they were a little bit laid back compared to those kinds of loads where you are securely being tracked calling in everytime you stop etc. This one, yes, they wanted you to go 200 mile to reduce someone following you.
The place was new but was not located in a good place of town
Delivered that load. Bobtail back to the yard grabbed an empty and now waiting for my next load to get ready. Heading to Ohio. -
Stock up on some anti gel before you get too Far East.... Not sure when you're due to arrive in Ohio but this is what is coming this week...

Have you experienced a truck parked near you idling all night with a broken air dryer where the release valve goes off every 5 seconds? That's my life right now. "Shut the dam truck off dude" it's only 40 degrees.
