Lately i stay out 4 or 5 weeks so i can go home 4 or 5 days still get the same check every week. It just makes life so much easier.

500 miles today. could of gone further but would of ended up in Chicago area and I think it's safe to assume not much parking available around there at 10 pm. So .. stopped in the La sale, IL area. I like running early morning and this will also give me a chance to take off earlier.

Today they updated my delivery time to 13:30 on 24th. I was shooting for 10:30 so that gives me a little more time.

 

I got a referral from one of the drivers at Ship Ex and I am in Orientation right now in Salt Lake. I just could not stand the breakdowns and no breakdown pay at other driving job so I am going to look forward to some stability in pay. because I have a house payment.

I landed here somewhere in creepy Pennsylvania.. First thing in morning im headed to delivery then on to my next load. ShipEX gave me my next reload picking up out of Monmouth NJ the usual cosmetic products back to Salt Lake city.

In the past driving for other companies you would come into the east and end up sucked up into the northeast for weeks. Another thing i like here is the loads. Typically, we come in and go out. I have heard of a few times drivers getting sent up into Massachusetts but every time i come out here i go right back. They like to loop you back to the yard every 10 to 14 days

 

Can you fuel wherever you feel like , or do they make you stop at certain places
