Delivered in Illinois. DH 300 miles to pickup in South Illinois and head back to Ogden Utah. Had to wait about 24 hrs to get the load. Then I 70 was closed, that shut me down a few hours. Now I 80 is closed at Laramie Wyoming. Not to productive last few days...

Do you get any kind of adverse weather detention pay? I have a buddy who was sitting in North Platte for two days and then this morning got to leave but he is also looking to shut down again in Laramie.

Hey atruckr. I've read your thread from the beginning. Thanks for all of the info you've posted. I was wondering what's the governed speed on ShipEx trucks? Sorry if you've said it before but I couldn't find it in the your previous posts?

I don't work there, but they are paid on salary, so not a huge issue for them.

No prob, They have us governed at 66 on cruise. 62 on pedal. In cruise we also have passing gear by tapping pedal 2 times and we can run up 70 mph. We get 30 minutes a day for passing. They are starting to turn the trucks up to 70 on cruise. Right now they have millage competition if you win they turn your truck up. Interesting stuff going on here

Yeah pretty much that's covered in our salary. We go home still get paid. Stuck waiting out a storm still get paid.
