So hit bonus levels last month. Over 12500 miles that's $500 in bonus pay, plus compliance pay $188. Total of $688. Not making millions but the extra cash is a nice. YAHOO!!

Appreciate the read through man. Hope it helps out getting an understanding what to expect trucking here at Shipex or just trucking in general.

After delivering in Ogden UT they had me dh to the yard and pickup a load to Kenosha WI. I'm here now in Kenosha waiting to deliver @ 10pm. Alot of these accounts we deliver to don't open until 10pm. Wanting to be home by this Friday, will see what my DM has up his sleeve to make that happen.

By the way. While at the yard early in the morning I went inside to do my safety training. Every month we have to do safety training videos. It's easy, i actually like it keeps me safety conscious. That may sound corny but whatever.

Anyway while there Dave came in. Head of maintenance and trucks etc.. we got to chatting about different stuff and I mentioned my drive shocks were leaking. He said they didn't have any (it was Saturday) available to replace them right away and offered to put me in a new truck. I was like wow.. he had a bunch of bright colors i really wasn't wanting, plus my truck is still pretty new. Just thought it was great how they consistently strive to keep you running and happy. Not that I haven't said enough about this company already and how I like. It but it just speaks volumes about their ethics when it comes to the driver's. Really awesome! So he said "well come back and check with me anytime to see if we got something you like in future". Really nice to know i can basically go get a new truck whenever I want..pretty much that is if they are available of course and you run good miles.

To finish this book I'm writing here.

The shop ended up sending me to freightliner and they took care of the leaky shocks, in and out in 2 hours. Can't complain about that.

    Roll on !

The main part of company does not. I have met a couple of lease operators on their dedicated account. Not sure how that is working out.

Yeah i think your right. Have not seen a freightliner provide service like this one. As a former owner op you can bet i been to several across the country. The only other one i used and trusted was Casa Grande AZ. They were a bit slower tho.

Yeah that is good. I had overhead done and service in AZ few years ago and it took them 24 hours.
