So after that PA run I picked up a light load out of Pittsburgh and delivered that back in Salt Lake. Because of the road conditions in WY i ended up going out of route through Denver. Took the 70 to rt 6 down through Price UT then up to Salt Lake. My load was just to darn light to mess with icey roads and high winds in that Longmire country.![]()

Yeah I blasted down the 6 also, trying to get anywhere but around SLC lol. I took 84 over to Oregon, and get to sit here waiting for them to count 5 pallets. Almost 2hrs after they got the EFS so far lol

After Salt Lake city they sent me out on a relay load. Clothing product, dry load that i picked up in the yard heading to Portland Oregon. Not to bad except it was another light load around 1500 pounds. Mind you! IT'S SNOWING
Oh well, i just waited for the road conditions to improve. Let my DM know i was going be late and took off after waiting around about a day. Got some laundry done, it's all good! It got a little sketchy going over Cabbage in Oregon and snow got pretty heavy for awhile after Cabbage. But then after i stopped it all turned to rain.
Mother nature is weird!

I’m in the Limon CO J having breakfast at the ihop after spending the night parked in Hugo. Too much sliding around so a whole lot of us called it a night. Still slick out there on the 70. Slow and easy is the way to go.

Delivered in Portland and then they sent me load to pickup in Albany OR. Another light load! Good grief! 3500 lbs of dietary supplements. 8 palettes going back to Ogden UT. Not to bad i guess but that was the 3rd light load in a row, unusual!
Cabbage patch (I 84) was having the snow monster attack (humor for snow and ice on the roads). So I ended up going across the middle of the state on 20 to Idaho I 84 where temperatures were much warmer. Then on down to delivery from there. Here's a shot from my delivery location. Nice view of Salt Lake/ Ogden UT area.
They be keeping me moving
