Great marketing ploy. Don’t believe it one bit.
I believe the 60K, but not the 100K at all.atruckr, Texas_hwy_287, Lonesome and 4 others Thank this.

Yeah I’m not sure if it would be possibleJohnBoy Thanks this.

They do have nice trucks though. Best I ever had as a company driver.

Not at all. I’m good with numbers, the “over 100K” means a driver needs to make the 60K then another $750 per week in bonuses. If you take off for hometime, layover a few days a month, then that $750 per week number jumps up to $900-$1000 per week in bonuses. Never happen. These companies play on drivers who don’t put 2 and 2 together. I’m not knocking this company, I looked at them real hard a few years ago. I decided to stay where I’m at, and glad I did.Last edited: Dec 5, 2020

Shipex runs their drivers right into the ground. The 600-700 a day requirement takes its toll pretty quick. That's why they always need drivers.

The average breaking point for drivers is 2 months. Some last 4-5 if lucky. The smart ones see the writing on the wall in 2-3 weeks and basically quit.

Those who persist end up in an accident, have health problems or simply cease to be. Kind of like what happened to the poster above who disappeared without 1 word of goodbye.

Now with freight going through the roof and there being a shortage of qualified drivers, no reason to work for $1154 a week. That's a pittance. In this booming economy any OTR Driver not making $1800 a week is getting taken advantage of in big ways.

If you are uneducated and don't know what 'pittance' means, I suggest you look it up.Last edited: Dec 10, 2020

Refresh my memory. When did you work there?atruckr, Texas_hwy_287, mladen86 and 7 others Thank this.

Why is running 600-700 miles a day hard? Do you not like money? I think running that much for their salary is low, but that’s my opinion. I’ve talked to a few of their drivers and generally they seemed happy. I considered them for a while. What might work for some people, doesn’t work for everyone. The same reason companies like Swift and CRST have people who have been there for years.

	Valid points.

However, if you look at some of the YouTube videos, a majority of the guys come out gung ho, balls to the wall then 2 months later call it quits.

The videos are there, go and see.

As far as the advertisement above, I don't believe it one bit. I wouldn't believe anything from a company that tells its drivers in orientation 'go on Google and write a positive review or else...'.atruckr Thanks this.
