Ladies & Gentlemen-- Fundraising for Camp Albrecht Acres This is the link to the thread I have started to support this idea. My intention is to have the week of trucking for Albrecht Acres to happen in September. This will provide some time for me to get the details worked out. Also, for everyone to get the word out and get as many truckers involved as possible. Feel free to PM me with any questions or concerns. Let's do something great together!
Hey baby!! good to see you on here and KUDOS to you and CPAPE!!! what a great thing you guys are doing! I hope your home time was nice-we did get some decent weather recently so maybe you got the bike out and took someone special for a ride????? Sorry fishing.....LOL!! Things are sorta looking up for us--still not all the way there but things are slow and steady.....for Dave anyways...for me a very UPHILL battle that will probably go on for many more months and hopefully I don't lose everything I have. Some day when we all make sawdust I would love to see also your club? BTW Dave is working on a basement workshop for himself-just started to get supplies...... Miss ya darling--keep it between the ditches!!!!! hugs and kisses!!xoxoxoxoxoxo
Hey sweetie! Thanks but I'm just a small helper here. cpape is the one doing everything. Nothing to "fish" for honey. Sent you a PM.
Well, it's back out to work in the morning. Once again my home-time left little to no time to actually relax. With a couple sad turn abouts on the personal side of life, I'll be staying out there for a good long time this turn. I will need to get back here a couple times this summer. In an effort to meet my goal of being an O/O and leasing to WS at the end of my first year, I've decided to sell the rest of my woodworking tools, a 98 Ram 4x4 and my Harley so I can pay back my folks the money they lent me to help me get here and buy myself a decent (but cheap...lol) truck. Soooo.... you will probably see even less of me around here because yep, it's time to get serious out there and focus everything I am on making this all work out. I've also mentioned several times that as I travel around the US, I'm looking for a new place to call home. This will be a ways down the road but I have it narrowed down to a few possible states with, as of now, Texas at the top of that list. Best wishes to everyone and let's be safe and professional out there. See y'all chasing the white lines...
O/O after only one year of driving? Are you crazy? It's impossible, can't be done and only a fool would try such a thing. See ya at the fool's convention.
A man with a plan. Since you are open to where you live, I would suggest a state with no income tax. I believe TX has no income tax...so good choice.
PM me with info? By September I hope to have the finances under control and, although that's big birthday month in mine and Joe's families, .01 per mile is totally worth it for a good cause. Thanks... and great idea!!
