    Hey Chris
Glad to see you stopped in to say hello and sounds like you are busy at home and keeping busy on the road! Here's hoping that the weather up your way has been nice enough for you to get your bike out! The weather here in Western NY is all over the place from 30s and snow to 70s and summer like but that is spring in the east!

    Thanks for the Happy Easter!!
    Miss ya.............

    Wedge Thanks this.

Same here. Lights, DOT tape and the hubs, to make sure the oil level is up to par.

Thanks for the intel Henley, I really appreciate it. Looking forward to the experience. Heard good things about the Orientation Program at Conover. That being said, I am equally impressed with my school here on Long Island. The folks at CDT in West Babylon run a great program that is 8 weeks long. Still, I am certain that I will learn a great deal more at Conover and welcome the information and training. I am cool about catching a ride with a driver. However, I have my fingers crossed that something will be right there for me in Conover. I was planning on bringing items with me to set up the rig but I didn't want to schlep them all the way to North Carolina only to have to hump them from cab to cab hitching a ride. I guess I can leave all but the essentials at home and grab it later.

I understand and appreciate your position about the frequency of blogging but aside from anything else, it really is a good read. There is a book in there. Again, thanks for the insight and for taking the time to create the blog in the first place. Look forward to meeting you out there on the road.

I should say not running with W/S. Less than a month now and seven 34H resets + 3 trucks . Not real happy. Not much else to say at this point, will see what happens in the real near future. Won't play this much longer

Something doesn't seem right with your post Sal. 7 34h resets comes out to 10 days and you said that you been with them for less than a month. Combine that with three trucks and orientation it just seems to be that you are off on something...

More detail would be helpful for a newbie. Thanks.

Yeah it dosen't sound right, 3 days oientation. Just look at my log book come monday i'll have 7 resets = lots of setting = a 5 day 800 mile trip = a 500 mile trip yesterday now my next load picks up monday= the whole months been like that. Hopefully it's just a starting out slump , but if it stays this way i'm gone. Hope that answers some questions. Belive me i knopw what resets are and i know how long i've been working.:biggrin_25511:

Not saying you don't know what resets are. Just seeking clarification and details. Can I ask where you went to orientation? Was a truck there for you or did you have to travel to get it? I assume something was catastrophically wrong with it since you had to get a new one. Where did that one break down? Then where did you get the second and what went wrong with that truck? Finally, you have a third truck and I hope this time is a charm! Did you need to travel to get it? How is it? I certainly hope it is just an anomaly and things will shape up for you. Where are you based out of?
