American Trucker I just signed up with forum and have been reading posts for 3 days WOW you sure are a HUDGE HELP to us newbies. I am just starting called Missoula today to find out about school. Your posts made my choice of W/S over Swift and the others very easy not to mention Missoula is only 120 miles from home. I tried to PM you but cant until i get 7 posts LOL. My e-mail is k2bruce4@gmail.com I am trying to get info on the W/S school program. Thanks for all you help. Also i saw a Youtube from what i think was you after your first year that was great.

 

W/S closed their school a few years ago, you'll have to go to a private truck driving school. Thanks for watching my videos!

if you need the CDL school and can afford it, do what i done, go to sage cdl school in missoula for 4 weeks, then just walk down the road and start with watkins...10 days later you will be in a truck on the road...EASY!!! GOOD LUCK!

Just wanted to thank all you Drivers Current / Former on these W/S Threads for what I consider to be one of the most Balanced and Truthful Blogs on Tckrs/Rprt (It sold me me to apply and have been accepted for pre- employment) . I have my ticket in hand and ready for the 10 day job interview in Missoula Mt. on 25July.
This is my third Career , 20+yrs as a U.S. Marine, 16+yrs in the Trades (Finish Carpenter/Cabinet Maker), and now OTR. anxious to get strarted on my new career . Again thanks for all the info on this great company . Semper- Fi.
