Really? How often does that happen? Can't be stopping much.

    :biggrin_2556:.... 4k.....:biggrin_2556:....COOL!!! :biggrin_25514:

Now THAT'S what I'm talking about!! What that tells me is you aren't doing a whole lot of unloading. That's EXACTLY what I'm hoping for.

It doesn't happen as often as I like but if the stars align just so it can happen. Drive, sleep...repeat. Left door stays shut and manage your time the best you can. Fustration abounds in trucking so use every opportunity to maximize your day.

Don't over look short runs. They add up, 6 or so 500 mile trips in a week gets it done too. If it takes you a week to get across the country your travel agent won't be tooo eager to give long miles.

    Wedge and wulfman75 Thank this.

For sure Mike. Frankly, I'll won't overlook any load but OTR dry van has been my goal fom the start of this whole idea 7 1/2 months ago. So it would just be cool if that happenes is all.

For me, a 3000 mile turn or 6 500 mile runs makes little difference. After beating myself up pretty hard for 30 years in construction, I'd just like to avoid "too much" unloading if possible. I gave up my hammer and business in October 07. If I wanted to keep working like that, I'd still be swinging from the rafters.
