Well AT has been stuck doing furniture loads as well, once he gets away from that I'm sure he'll rack up the miles.

Well I am happy for now, We are getting our experience and most of us will probably stay here, there graduated increases are not bad, I am glad I came here rather then a bottom feeder, you know those guys sitting in front of the T V in the truck stop who were told to call dispatch in 2-3 DAYS... We are laying the $ .25 miles down but not sitting either.

"there graduated increases are not bad"...you would have to work for W/S for 10+ years to make the same RPM as what I pay someone upon starting. Granted, you will not see many 3000+ mi weeks working for me. You will, however spend 36-48 hrs/week at home. It just surprises me there are so many happy W/S driver with their pay rate. I guess money isn't everything.

When you're new, you can choose from a higher cpm and [possibly]be treated like a number(or worse from the company and a trainer) or a little less and feel like you're in a family...I'll take the latter...I have ZERO complaints and haven't even heard one I could pass along...THAT has value...
