I do not recommend these guys!!
So this review is after my second go-around with these people. My first time using these guys wasn’t all too bad, except they didn’t disclose that they don’t actually do dpf filters baking on site until the day after I dropped off my truck. Not that big of a deal except it took two days longer than they initially said it would. I also wanted my codes read because I had a check engine light on. For whatever reason according to their own tech notes the check engine light was never addressed, apparently just reset. One day later check engine light comes back on again while I was out on the road, got the truck back to them within a couple of days. Was told by a roadside resuce that they were dpf related codes. When I relayed this information to RWC, they said they would check it out. Truck sat for four days because they were closed over holiday weekend, when they got to it was told no codes were hvac related and it was a warranty recall issue not to worry it was fixed. Then waited two days for a part to arrive for another issue and new batteries. I then informed them that one of the issues I initially wanted fixed not to fix it because it wasn’t a Priority the service writer Steve agreed and was told truck would be ready the next day. Next day came and went was told part couldn’t be ordered when I was told it was because they missed the cut off time to order parts. Truck finally done real for pick up. Get to the the truck to pay bill and pick up truck was then told no the warranty hvac recall issue was not fixed because Navistar would only cover it if the hvac was not working. Hold on Steve the service writer told me it had already been fixed..... then was told to call him in the morning because he is out of the office. Then was told that what I didn’t want fixed was fixed and I was charged for..... oh and guess what the check engine light is STILL on. To add to it one of my keys was lost and never found. So no NEVER use these guys because they will take your truck and in my case not fix what you put it in the shop for but fix what they feel is necessary, they preceded to lie to you about what was actually done and when it’ll be done. Very unprofessional and bush league at best!!!
