What you are saying might be true for you at Sharkey, but not every driver there has a cake dedicated route. Some of them have bad dispatchers who can only get there drivers 1600 a week. Its not about the company sometimes, its about the people within. Dont judge another driver just because he has an opinion that doesnt match yours. Sharkey is not a great place to work if you ask me, but thats my opinion.
