    I want to say they start off at .43 cpm depending on experience. I know less than a year its .43. A year is .45. More than a year is .46 on up. It may have changed, I'm not positive because I am hourly.

    As far as O/O, I have no clue. We have a few O/O's that have been here a decent amount of time, so I'd imagine it isn't horrible lol.

    @bigkev1115 is more up to date on the OTR stuff than I am.

    Starting pay is $.45/mi. Bonuses add up to another nickel. Don't ask me about anything else. Orientation was a day and a half then "here's your truck and load and drive safe." :D.
