Lol I let Ryan know about it, and that we need to get the trailer back to GF.

Got a nice heavy paper load, deliver at Elkhart in the morning (Thursday) reload right down the street and head back to the yard with it. Hopefully I don’t need to move the tandems, otherwise it’ll definitely be interesting.

 

S&S will let you get things fixed on the road. Just call Matt at the shop, or after 4pm call Master Fleet, and head to closest TA, Petro, Loves, or Bosselman with a shop.

As far as Elkhart goes, we have 3 or 4 customers pretty close together. I ve picked up from all of them on one trip, all of those loads combined weigh 5,000 to 10,000 lbs

 

Talked to Lee this morning about the trailer, one of the bolts that hold the arm for the pin is gone. Sheared off from the looks of it. Last driver didn’t report it.

Almost didn’t get unloaded this morning, since I couldn’t slide the tandems. Foreman of warehouse did it anyway, lol. At my reload right now heading back to Pembina.

Well I rolled out of Grand Forks at 4am this morning so I could get a truck wash in Fargo. Thankfully once I got to Blue Beacon, I was next in line. By the time I got out of the bay there came 10 trucks out of the blue.

Not really an eventful day. Thankfully, it was light traffic and made it 721 miles today, now sitting in Columbus, MT. Hopefully get to CA Saturday afternoon for a reset. Since I ll be about 5 or 10 miles from delivery

 

Usually in Elkhart, we pick up from TCB Industries, Safe Fleet, or Valeo

 

This one came from Kiel North America. Seat cushions. Lol.

 

Oh yeah, The truck stops wouldn t have done you a bit of good since they can t do those kinds of repairs. I had the same situation last week. I had to rock the trailer with me pulling down the trolley brake to get the trailer to slide. I was so glad to drop that pile of junk in the OOS lot

 

That must be a new one, never heard of them lol
