    Well, I have told them in Grand Forks time and time again what needs to happen. Its like it goes in one ear and out the other.

    When you got the Seng's that don t give a crap, it goes downhill within the company fast.

    Secondly, when you got drivers who knowingly drop equipment that needs repairs, and don t report them. They don t know what s wrong with anything unless you write it up through the tablet. You got drivers that sees a clean empty trailer, and take off with it without doing a pre trip on it. Flat tires, lights out, mud flaps torn or missing, the list goes on and on.

    Lastly when some drivers going 10-20k miles past due for services on their trucks, and get upset when they re down in the shop for awhile.

    Howdy y’all. Got some news for ya.... I went and got my HM and tanker endorsements, so that’ll give me the opportunity for more freight and and something else down the line if need be.

    I’m enjoying a few days down here at my sisters in Southeast Missouri, so I could get those on my license. Ryan was very happy I got them. Hope this finds everyone well.

    I just got my non terrorist letter from the feds so I can go take my hazmat test too. Already had the tanker part.

    Cool. Took me 2 tries on the tanker test, I studied for that. Dang near aced the HM and I didn’t study for that very much. Lol

    Had a pretty quiet 2 day work week. Between yesterday and today, I went into Winnipeg 3 times. Did a Pembina/Winnipeg MCI yesterday, came back empty and grabbed another one off the yard that delivered this morning in Winnipeg.

    Came back empty from that one and grabbed another MCI out of Lancaster, MN and came back empty from that one. On the way down Ryan asked if I wouldn’t mind leaving Sunday to deliver over by the Twin Cities Monday morning. Easy peezy.

    Grew up in a small town near Pembina. If you didn't want to do farm related work, you'd try to get on with MCI.:Bus v2: How's the weather up there right now?

    It’s starting to get colder now, lol. It actually hasn’t been all that bad so far truth be told. MCI is one of the biggest employers up there from what I can see, then and American Crystal Sugar.

    They grow a lot of sugar beets, potatoes, and pinto beans up there. Sugar beets to American Crystal, potatoes to Old Dutch Potato Chips, don't know where the beans went. :dontknow:

    I haven t been up to too much lately. Just been busy running the I 29 corridor. Last time I posted, I was doing a Grand Forks to KC, KS load, then I went up to Hastings, NE then to Anniston (basically home). After I delivered in Anniston, I ran a short load up to Eastanollee, GA. Then the next morning loaded over near Augusta, GA and back to MN and ND.

    I picked up in Minot, and delivered in Grand Forks, and back down I 29 to Springfield, MO then up to Olathe, KS. Then once again, back up I 29 to Grand Forks. Dropped load at yard, loaded at the mill and back down I 29 again to KC. More than likely back to Hastings then to Anniston, and make the 17.5 mile drive back home for Christmas

    Sometimes with S&S we may go up to Grafton and pick up potatoes, and go to the Northeast with them. And with the beans, we mostly go to IN and OH with them
