I've only seen one Diamond Reo COE live and in person, it hauled fuel locally here in Tucson It was butterscotch yellow and had a row of blue lights vertically down the front and at night you could easily tell it apart from any other truck. It left in indelible impression on the young lad I was back then I still chub slighly at the thought of it being the center piece of the BYOB&CBD fleet.

funny you should mention that. I know of a Diamond Reo cabover, languishing in a lot close to the house. I'll have to get a picture of that thing, before it disappears.hotrod1653 and TB John Thank this.

I would love love to see a Diamond Rio coe. It would definitely be the center piece of your fleet, dare I say the show truck of your fleet?
I also want to say Merry Christmas to all of you!!! -

I left S&S. It wasn't working out anymore, and the liability/work i was asked to take on was the first time I ever said "no" to what I've been asked to do. But, you don't have the option of saying "no", no matter what, it went downhill from there.
So I went to a yard dog position here in Anniston for the same amount of monthly pay, but I work 7 on and get 7 off. On my off days I can run to GA if I want for extra money.
A lot of drivers are leaving lately. Just ain't the same company it used to be. And its a shame. I saw myself retiring there. -
Good luck at your new gig! And have a fantastic New Year!LDYTRUCKER Thanks this.

Wow that went sideways pretty quick! Grand Forks ND to Anniston AL was quite a move, I figure we'll hear from Portland ME or San Diego CA at some point
Happy new year, I hope everything goes well for you and family. Stay safe out there.
