Awesome. Brian is good people and he’ll be straight with you. Keep in touch with him as much as possible. I can answer any regional questions you may have as well.

Thanks man, appreciate it. It was between S&S and Magnum, and no diss to them they seem like a really good company too, but the regional spot just fits my personal wants better. Now I just have to keep my record clean until finish school. I guess my only question really would be the ratio of only getting in a reset vs. getting a weekend off. Or is it more so up to the driver.

I’ve been off every weekend since I started here. Most likely you’ll be the same. You may get home Friday evening or early Saturday morning. Sometimes you might have to leave on a Sunday evening, but mostly you’ll report in Monday morning and go from the yard.

Awesome that’s exactly what wanted to hear. Thanks man, I can’t wait for classes to be over now. Just have to keep focused. Sometimes I wish I took a shorter course, but my instructor is good. So at least I’m getting useful information. June 4th can’t come quick enough.

Hey thought of another the site says Saskatchewan too, but neither you or Brian mentioned Saskatchewan is that old information? Or just vastly less often than Winnipeg?

I haven’t been to Saskatchewan myself. I’m actually not sure if we do go there tbh. I’ve just been up to Winnipeg.

From talking with the recruiter Brian a good bit lately it seems you're flown to Anniston, AL do about 3 days of orientation then go out with your trainer for 4-6 weeks where you’re doing the vast majority of driving they don’t do that team driving bull. If I’m wrong understanding what Brian said please correct me any current employees. Also I believe Brian said you’re paid hourly while training.

    JForce28 Thanks this.
