S60 12.7 injector upgrade

Hello guys I currently have 350 hp s60 12.7. It’s a turd and I do mix heavy to light loads Midwest to east coast. I ordered bw airwerks 171702 and I’m doing Pittsburg power 500 hp and 1950 tq tune. The turbo is on back order so it will take few more weeks to get it. My fuel economy recently went down a bit And I notice black smoke when I start rolling or get on the highway from Ramps but once I’m at steady Rpm’s it goes away. I’m guessing my injectors are going out. I currently have 7099 injectors with 8309 cam. Can I install 5915 injectors now and then when my turbo comes in get that installed and get the tune or would I need the tune for the 5915 injectors right away ? I don’t want to replace with same injectors since I know I’ll be going up with power and I also don’t want to tune it twice ‍. I also have full tilt ceramic coated exhaust manifold installed too already since old one was leaking

 

What could be my issue ? And no I have no tune so far I’m all stock oem except for exhaust manifold which is full tilt. I have mk60 model with only 350 hp and turbo is some kind of wastegsted garret

 

Why is that ? From my research through out the forum I found that 5195 injectors..BW 171702 and exhaust manifold with proper tune and it’s good. I’m only going to 500 hp nothing crazy and yea I have pyrometer and mechanical boost gauge (coming in shortly )

 

Hmm okay gotcha now. Maybe I can contact someone from diesel freak in Michigan and see what they can do and what info they can give me. And no I haven’t checked my car or hoses it doesn’t seem like I’m losing any power and the black smoke only pops up for little bit during acceleration then it’s good. Maybe it’s always been smoking a little I just never noticed idk at this point. I’m waiting for my boost gauge to come in to see what I’m boosting and also waiting for oil test kit from blackstone to see if I have fuel dilution in my oil. Last time
I did sample it was good so will see this time
