I have had a couple of incidents. Someone flipped a couple of placards on my truck overnight at a truckstop, and I had the electrical pigtail pulled one time as well.
My mentor told me about a guy who went off on a lot lizard after knocking on his door, calling her a few choice names, scum of the earth, ect. Well, she had a switchblade on her and when he woke up all 18 of his tires were deflated.
Pretty impressive the guy didn't notice 18 tires going flat but knew what kind of knife it was. Strong attention to detail.
Karma can be a #####. Even though I wouldn't touch a lizzard with a load lock, I'm always polite when refusing a 'date'. A simple "No thank you" does the trick. Act like a prick, and this is what you'll get in return. I can't emphasize the importance of vehicle inspections enough. It only takes a few minutes of your day to do a walk around, but it takes all day dealing with the companies safety department because you dropped a trailer.
