If you're put in an unsafe situation, it's your responsibility to make an executive decision: do you keep going and try to be extra extra safe and hope for the best, or do you pull over and tell dispatch that you're facing an unsafe situation you don't feel comfortable in and you're pulling the truck over and waiting it out.
