Safety Violations

Check out Cypress truck line. They have a terminal in Texas. They run the crap out of you. Most loads are preloaded and tarped. they are better then some.

 

They where looking for a reason to fire you. I see guys hauling fuel to service stations, guys are smoking , talking on cell phones. And have yet to see safety cones set out. Hang in there you should be just fine. That's a company safety thingo

 

DAC is old name for company that does something like credit reports, but for employment. it was named USIS last time I looked, it might be called HireRight, or that is a similar company. You are entitled to your report, either free or for a charge. IIRC DAC is covered by same law as credit report companies.

How does one see their own DAC report?

Just received my Dac report in the mail. Took 10 -14 days

 

If people weren't so stupid and could see beyond their nose you wouldn't need safety cones.
