I have taught a few guys to drive...But to train the way these big bottom feeders want you to do it?

    No thanks!

I give advice to anyone that asks for it and I don't sugar coat it.
More and more though it seems that the new guys think that they have all the answers and that those of us that have been doing it for all these years need to get out of their way so that they can show us how we've been doing it wrong for all this time.

When I meet these types of idiots....I just turn my back on them.

I'll see them again one of these days when I go into some place to order a cheesburger and they ask me if I want fries with that.

then you have nothing to complain about. You have a century of experience, but you wont train. you'd rather complain about dumb mistakes you see newbs...and point fingers, like a child.

Like those who vote, saying "if you dont vote, you have no right to complain"..... But where is the logic in that. If you vote, and you elect dishonest, incompetant people into office and they screw everything up, then YOU are responsible for what they have done. You cause the problem, you voted them in.. YOU have no right to complain. I, on the other hand, who did not vote....who didn't even leave the house on election day, am in no way responsible for what these people have done, and have every right to complain as loud as i want about the mess you created that i had nothing to do with. :biggrin_255:

I actually had a guy that was working in a McDonalds say, "I used to drive one of those" when he saw my truck sitting in the parking lot.
I said, "Why are you doing this?" and he said "I couldn't handle being gone all the time." and then he said "I make about the same money here as I did doing that." and I said "You must'a been working for SWIFT!" and he said..."No, CRST."

It was a funny exchange and a sad testament to the damage that these bottom feeders have inflicted on this industry!

20 years is a century? More inaccurate numbers from "don't know Dick!"

"Why don't you train?" Because maybe he wasn't duped into a "flease he couldn't pay!" :biggrin_25525:

Kind of like shooting fish in a barrel. What's the sport in it? :biggrin_2559:
