    Are there any Canadian company's that use Samsara? I would like to hear how it works for your company in regards to loosing service and gateways not working. Does this system run smoothly for your drivers or are you constantly having to call in to get support?

    We use it on our handhelds. I go to the states nightly so switches back and forth between hours if service 4 times a night. No issues. Does reset itself from time to time. Never had to call customer support and been inspected several times. Very easy to put in roadside mode and send your logs to the officer.

    We use it for all our drivers. Local, linehaul and mine site deliveries.

    Never really have a problem. We run it on old phones that are also bar code scanners, that is where we have problems is the old hardware. Samsara itself is pretty trouble free and easy to use. Never any issues.
