@Balakov100 something tells me you have the old verison unlimited data plan.

@mrdot I agree aadly it was a triband phone so for my sake with sprint I didnt have a choice but regretted it none the less

@supersnackbar I am not sure but at this point I would love to see someone knock samsung down a few pegs. I really miss my old HTC EVO4G and if the M8 is anywhere near that leave then I am off back to HTC or I might try the LG lines ... hmm decisions lol.

My biggest gripe with Samsung atm is the S6 it is essentially an iPhone running android. No sd slots, no battery removal honestly how the hell is someone suppose to fix and issue like a frozen phone besides taking iut the battery for a hard reset? This is why I wont ever buy another Samsung Tablet either. Oh and I forgot to mention a glass back wtf thats being greedy, I could understand if Samsungs version of Apple Care was compariable but its not even close. Its a rich mans Assurion.

    Yeah.
I've mentioned it a few times, but guessing you didn't see one of those posts.

Right now I actually have 2 separate accounts.
My Unlimited Line is on its own Account and it's a S3, I use it only as a Hotspot.
The phone I actually use is a Note 3.

I hold the power button and wait for the screen that says power off or restart. Haven't taken battery out in years.

Still running S2. Needleas to say. My sprint runs circles around my Verizon. On quality. I've never had a good quality verizon phone. One of these days I'm gonna buy a new sprint phone that handles spark4g. See how coverage work. And hopefully get rid of verizon.

Dont waste your time after the s3 things went down hill. Consider another manufacturer. As soon as I finish paying off this phone I am really going a different direction. This #### thing over heats, coverage sucks ie downtown chicago and it will slip into international roaming they can fix it and want me to pay for a replacement. Its only 6 months old wtf

fatherofthree, I think the main source of the problem you might have is due to using Sprint. I have used Sprint, Cingular/AT&T, and T-Mobile and I have to say that Sprint is the worst. For the last several years I have been using T-Mobile and my Samsung Note 2 that I got when it was released. I have had this phone since then and have added the following

    ZeroLemon Glass Screen Protector
    ZeroLemon Extended Battery

I have dropped my phone several times and have not had a problem as the ZeroLemon Extended Battery came with a case that works very well. I can get 3 to 4 days out of the battery without charging and the T-Mobile signal is extremely robust and is rather fast. The only time a I experienced slowness with the signal was while driving near Lynchburg, VA and just west of Rehoboth Beach, DE. There have been a few other cities between New Hampshire and Georgia where I had a slow EDGE or 3G connection but I can't complain with T-Mobile or my Samsung Note 2.

I would stay away from the Samsung S6, just like others have noted and am waiting for the Note 5 details, in probably October, to see if I am going to stay with Samsung or look towards HTC.

    fatherofthree Thanks this.

You could be right since all carriers have different specs ( except most att & verizon phones lol ) but aside from that my last favorite phone was the s3 and was completely peeved at the s4 and my current s5. I also would agree that the s6 is worthless to anyone simply due to two factors no sd slot and no way to replace a crappy battery. We all know lithium-ion is 100% reliable and that samsung phones never freeze lol

I have an S2 but I've always had T-Mobile before this, and can't use T-Mobile with this one. It freezes and have to take the battery out, like you said. My favorite phones have been Sony Ericssons. They're a little heavy and I think they use a lot of juice because the battery would get really hot fast, but I liked both of mine.

    Huh.

I have a Samsung Mega, been using it for over a year now with zero issues, and I'm on Sprint. Again, with zero issues. I must've hit the lucky duo jackpot!
