The routes are local and you will be able to be home with your family every night and on weekends. The schedule is Monday-Friday and dispatch is typically between 3:00 and 5:00 am. Texas Class A CDL required.

• $5,000 sign-on bonus ($2,500 after 90 days of employment and $2,500 after 180 days of employment) (Limited Time)

In that case, he can try everything that @Chinatown listed. I know Labatt was really hurting for linehaul drivers earlier this summer. Two trips back and forth to Corpus Christi every night.

Allied Transport - I can't find a website for them, but they run white freightliners with red lettering on the door. Their yard used to be on 35 just north of AT&T Pkwy at the big Southern warehouse.

Edit: And lots of companies have yards in that business park on the southwest corner of I-35 and 3009, as well as along 3009 between 35 and 2252.
