Sand and deliver is the most unorganized company I've ever dealt with. I should have heeded the red flags but my own desire to make fast money over ruled my common sense. The recruiters and the dispatchers are not on the same page, recruiters tell you they have plenty to of work and dispatchers tell you there is no work, you cant call dispatch, you do everything thru an app that works good on occasion but if you miss a load bcuz the app is not acting correctly oh freaking well. Everything is like pulling teeth. So many lies, then the upfront cost just to get a job with them is ridiculous but like a fool I listened to the hype of 8-10k gross a week some drivers are doing 12k a week. Plenty of work to keep you working. All lies. Worst company I've ever been associated with. Lessened well learned.

So what’s the deal? Do they have work or not? What is the average weekly pay.

Sand and Deliver is a shell company possibly owned by Sand Box. Everyone operates mainly by email & text. Addresses to Sand and Deliver are fake and lead to shopping centers that all have UPS stores. A company called Sam Ryan Transport has the same US DOT number as Sand and Deliver, and it's the same thing with this company. The addresses are to Sam Ryan Transport is to a shopping center with a UPS Store. Sand and Deliver was not authorized for the longest, but they recently became authorized on safer.

I was fired for a bs reason and they never paid me my last check and they kept my escrow and chassis fee. Told me I had to wait 90 days to get my money. After 90 days they sent me a release contract and an insurance form. They told me I had to do this to get my money which was really me signing away my rights and protecting them. The insurance form is just a way of verifying your unit to make sure it's you in the other end. I ran under my own authority so there was nothing to verify. The form had a bs policy number on it as well. These are professional crooks. They monitor sites like these and everywhere on the internet. They got me for about 4k but I can imagine how much they have stolen from people over the years. When you are hired, the original contract basically says if you don't request your money within 30 days of you leaving the company, you don't get any of your money back but I played along anyways. The contract was slightly different for people with their own authority and people without. They also stopped hiring people with their own authority around June. I never had hopes of getting my money back but it was worth a shot. Even though everything about this company stinks, they are contracted with Sand Box Logistics. That's why I believe them to be a shell company for Sandbox because they don't have a valid address where people are.

$2500 without authority and $500 without your authority to start working for them is a rip off. If you are reading this stay as far away as you can from this company. They are scam artist. Expose everything you know about this company except the valuable info because they are watching the internet heavily. They have made millions from our ignorance. Don't be the next victim.

Why do so many trucking companies pick such stupid and corny names? Some of the names I see out here. If I were looking to ship product, I guarantee you there are many companies I wouldn’t bother with based solely on their namesake.
