maybe my juice loads will turn into water loads.. but i guess people would rather have them in bottles instead out of a 6200gal tank.

There's probably 100 trucks of bottled water headed that direction right now waiting for the wind to die down. Meat haulers, produce and groceries are right behind them. I-81, I-78 and I-80, I-95 will be decorated with green lights. Hurricane relief is kind of fun if you ever get to do it.

How's it looking in PA Joe? It looks pretty bad on the weather channel. Everything is calm up here in NH for now.

layin here waiting to call dispatch to see whats going on... the port's website said they'll be closed Monday till further notice, but their Twitter (yeah, Port Newark has a twitter account) said they'll be closed Tuesday also. But i was reading through the Tweets and saw where they were closed for Columbus, that causes a dilemma because where we load at, wasn't closed for Columbus day, which makes me wonder if the Port and the place we load at are two separate deals. Only dispatch will know so i'm just gonna ask them.

Not sure exactly where-in which port you are going Mitch--BUT--just heard Jersey gov Chrisities news conference--and he did say they got MOST of the roads open including pike--but outer roadway of pike NB between 12-13--has RAILCARS--laying out on the pike from storm surge! So I have a feeling anything east of the pike--is probably a mess--

I just talked to my niece outside Lancaster, PA. The center tracked about 10 miles east of her. She said heavy wind and rain but no damage. One of her neighbors had some vinyl siding blow off. Power was still on in that area. I think it was mainly the coastal area's that took the brunt of the storm. Like someone else said all that water has to work it's way back to the ocean via the creeks and rivers, so there will be more flooding to come. WV is getting hammered with snow.

Storm will have at least two complete flood cycles, or storm surge water. We have been in contact with daughter in NY City and she stayed in place with no problems but intermittent power outages and a few dropped internet cycles.
Sunny and breezy here in Florida

Glad she is ok--and amazin power is still on there--we are about 100 miles NE of there and over 1/4million w/o power!

Last night was fun. Between the flooding and the fires it was an exciting night. Fortunately we still have power in our neighborhood so I guess it could've been worse.
