Just curious if your company did the alcohol testing properly..
Did they send you for the test immediately prior to going on duty or immediately afterwards?

Example.. if they sent you while on home time or even while on your 10-34 then it was done improperly.

I wasn't on duty I hadn't even started driving for the company. Is there something I can get done about this?

Then your OP makes no sense at all why you would have to even go through a SAP program to begin with.

Unless you were a new hire that showed up drunk..Company had reasonable suspicion and sent you to be tested before getting in the driver seat.

I didn't even think to look at it that way because I knew nothing about all this stuff back then still don't know a lot about it now just feeling my way through the dark
