I saw on another forum, that those deals are aimed only for the radio involved.

Guy's radio died and they would not honor on a new radio.

Wonder if you switched radio from one truck to another, that should be allowed shouldn't it?

Yes Sirius has the contract for the NFL. You can listen to the hometown broadcast of any game you want. As far as NCAA football it depends on the conference. You can always get a Sirius radio and get the best of XM package and listen to just about any NCAA game. And yes you can get weather and traffic updates for most of the major areas in the country. They both have channels devoted to just that.

I'm on my second radio with my lifetime subscription. I was suppose to pay $75 to have the service switched to the new radio. But I managed to convince them to wave the fee.

So apparently, you can get Sirius/XM on the iPhone. As an iPhone owner I'm wondering what the bandwidth toll is on the streaming and how it performs. Interested if anyone's tried it, but I may be the guinea pig on this one

If you buy the Mirge Radio you get both SIRIUS and XM.

I am not sure about the lifetime subscription? I have SIRIUS and have the lifetime subscription, but I don't think they offer it now? It would be good to call and find out.

The best radio I believe is the Mirge though because you get both SIRIUS and XM and get it all.

I don't know about Sirius because I don't own one, but XM has been giving me deals for months on the subscription rates. You just have to know how to work them. I am getting 5 months for $20. There are some taxes, but its $4 a month and I have been getting this rate for months. I just threaten to cancel and get it every time. $4 is a good deal to me? I would call them and tell them that your buddy gets it for $4 or bs them and tell them they sent you an email for $20 for 5 months. See what they say? They are desperate.
