    Looking good.
Out of the house to Minneapolis. Low miles this week because of home time. About 1500.

Almost time for the first PM on my new truck. Don't like it as much as my old truck for sure.

I think this is the most overall positive ongoing review of a trucking company I have found on this website. Please continue to update this thread.

Would like to address one issue I have with our bonus program.
We need 30,000 miles per quarter to reach the bottom of the bonus. Among other things like no accidents and scanning paperwork in on time. The problem I have with these so called performance bonuses is not just SAV. But throughout this industry. Earning 4 weeks vacation per year and 4 days off per month. You'll need to average around 3,100 miles every week. That's just not going to happen for most drivers. This doesn't even include down time for truck maintenance. This system punishes drivers for taking vacation and home time. Also companies act as if you can run all the miles you want. I RUN THE MILES YOU GIVE ME!!
I have no control over the miles they dispatch. I also have no control over appointment times set by someone else. 3 days to drive 900 miles. We have our favorites that get over 3,000 almost every week. But for most drivers that's just not going to happen on a consistent basis.

Commerce City CO. To Lakeville MN.
Doesn't deliver until tomorrow morning. Getting my 34 at the Kwik Trip. Great food options. Hitting Timber Lodge Steakhouse tonight. Only one left in the country. Or so I hear.
