    Got it torn down to this point. Need to make an adapter for my slide hammer so I can pull the left reverse idler and remove the mainshaft.

    Going to order a rebuild kit today. Anyone know what the cost is approximately for an Eaton basic or master overhaul kit? 2016-12-28 07.04.50.jpg

    I actually just walked out of Inland KW. $1700 for basic overhaul kit, which includes all bearings, seals, gaskets and retaining rings. New input shaft, and 3 new shift forks for the main section.

    And probably be pulling it back out in 6 months with what I keep hearing about people having trouble with weller rebuilds, doesn't even matter if it is a rear diff or transmission.
