The actual motor doesn't look anything like the promotional material Paccar shows on the internet and in their brochures. You couldn't detect any oil leaks on one of these things:
Here's a better picture of the driver's side. Just imagine having to trace down a short in a wiring harness.
Haven't seen much issue with oil leaks on them and have a couple over the 800,000 mile mark. Most wiring issues I have had has been aftertreatment harnesses. The encapsulated wiring harness seems to be holding up well.
