Yeah, once I find a chew toy the mods generally step in and take my fun away!

I did not see him as raising cain, just trying to give a real insight to insurance companies. Most agents or agencies have access to multiple insurance companies to get quotes from, but a lot of them do not know trucking or don't care if they get you the best rates, many do not even know exactly what insurance you really even need.

Whatever he was, scam or profiteer, he's no longer a member. He was banned and his posts were deleted.
I was going to close the link in your posts but it doesn't go anywhere so we'll leave it. It wouldn't hurt for more people to be familiar with this guy.

You can provide insight without condescending to your target audience. I find them very condescending, and I for one will NOT be doing business with them. So that's at least one potential customer lost right there.

I'm a big fan of customer service. I spent quite a bit of time working in customer service and sales. And the most important lesson ever beaten into my thick skull was "You don't cost yourself future customers". Poor attitude and condescension to an individual is a REAL quick way to drive future customers away.

SEE! What did I say @FlaSwampRat? As soon as I find a toy, some mean old mod takes them away!

That's it @REO6205, NO GOOD WHISKEY FOR YOU FOR CHRISTMAS!!! Your only allowed the cheap, bottom shelf stuff for the next six months!

    FlaSwampRat Thanks this.

Sorry to spoil your fun but you got in a pretty good statement there. We don't always catch these guys as quick as we should but it's not for lack of trying. We appreciate the help.
No whiskey for this guy. I know it's a cliche but me and firewater don't get along.
If you really want to threaten me or punish me, take away my coffee...that causes major problems.

    brsims and FlaSwampRat Thank this.

I would NEVER take away a person's coffee! There are some depths of depravity that even I would not sink to.

    Bump,

I used them for years until they became unresponsive a year ago. I googled the agent's name and turned up that she had been arrested for assault and battery or something to that affect :biggrin_2559:

That girl has a temper for real
