Very similar to my 386....70" sleeper right?
-
Sure is. And the sleeper on its own is a similar size to the ENTIRE CAB on a Topline Scania.

-
Now you might not see this in Europe....

i have lived up to two weeks in my small bunkwire said: ↑Ermm...so as i said, the sleepers are really small compared to North American trucks.
All you have done with those links is prove what i was saying correct.
True they are nicely trimmed and finished but over here having a narrow bunk right behind the seats with no living area would just not be acceptable for long haul.Click to expand...
of course i would like more space but i would never want a longer cab, because i would not be able to work with it, plane and simple.
here in italy to dock in most places we have to jackknife and usually since there is no space we go just a few inches from cars or walls with the right front corner of the trailer, knowing that with the cabhover we are able to realign without touching, with a hood in front we would not be able to do it, Not to talk to the narrow backroads that pass inside small medieval villages. gottatake the whole road in sharp corner minding buildings and low balconies, with a hood in front we would get stuck.
At each his own!!Working Class Patriot and Axellerator Thank this. -
