93 AZ/NV the new Hoover Dam bridge. When its windy it can be a lil bit of a handful and the consequences of making a mistake are pretty harsh.

My worst bridge experience was the I-10 bridge going over Lake Charles, LA. Normally the bridge is no big deal but I got stuck in a back up on top of that thing with what seemed nothing but trucks bumper to bumper. You could feel the bridge swaying. I was looking at all the trucks and got to thinking how much weight can this old bridge hold? :biggrin_25524:

Then I looked down at the expansion joints in the road. You could see them moving back and forth about 2 inches each way. I really got the willies then! :)

Luckily I got off of it. Heights use to never bother me. As I got older than it did. Like my last two years of trucking. Going up US71 in AR in high winds use to get me sometimes on them valley bridges. The only other bridge I can think of is over the Columbia River Gorge in OR. Now that's a bridge.

I don't mind driving over bridges, but when stopped under them i cannot help but feel nervous at the thought of all that mass hanging above me.
