Schneider and oil fields

    I`m about to finish CDL school here in AL,I would like info on the oil field jobs in TX& ND.I have all endorsements including TWIC. What kind of pay,housing or (can i live in my truck)can i expect or any other advice.Kids have moved on just the Wife and I.

    FFE also has a tanker division in the oil fields in TX.

    Texas has no personal income tax; keep more of your paycheck.

    I've worked those tankers. Sometimes you have to sit for hours. Schneider trucks won't idle. Think about your comfort. If your hauling crude it might be different. Salt water sometimes you sit for a long time. There is a guy on another page of this forum with all the companies down there. I wouldn't work for Schneider nowadays.
